What to expect?

This 2 day retreat is a confluence of activities such as yoga, meditation, healthy food, creative workshops and time for relaxation.  The focus is on promoting physical, mental and emotional well being.

Super Health Food

What Food to expect?

Fresh, local produce, healthy homestyle cooked balanced meals that is predominantly vegetarian.  Let us know in advance of any dietary restrictions.

Yoga Mats

What to bring?

Comfortable clothing, Yoga mat, sunscreen, personal medication and comfortable footwear to enjoy the neighbourhood.

Accommodation?

All participants will be accommodated per their choice - either single or on twin sharing basis in room types ranging from Suites to rooms to Swiss tents. More

Prior experience?

No prior experience is necessary.  The Caim Home team caters to all levels of practitioners and will guide you through each session

Medical conditions?

Inform the organisers in advance about any medical conditions or physical limitations.  Specific needs can be accommodated s much as possible.

In the event of cancellation?

If for some unforseeable circumstance, the event is cancelled, your monies will be refunded in full.

In case you wish to cancel your participation, doing so before Sep 21 will ensure we refund 75% of the monies.​

Downtime?

The balanced and structured schedule will allow ample free time for rest, exploration or personal reflection and relaxation.

Participate in every task?

While participation in all tasks is encouraged to get the most out of the retreat, it's ultimately upto you.  Listen to your body and mind and take breaks when needed.
